With over 20 years’ experience dealing with high level HR challenges across a wide range of sectors, Becky HR experience and employment law knowledge is expansive. Becky is MCIPD qualified, an accredited mediator and counsellor. As co-owner of Emphasis Ltd Becky and Jane have been working together for 17 years to create a strong team of HR Consultants. Becky enjoys the variety of challenges of an ever-changing employment law landscape and works with businesses to obtain the most practical, commercial and equitable outcome.

She has extensive Generalist HR experience and will take the time to understand different business requirements; working in partnership with you to find creative and effective solutions to people issues . Eryn has a BSc Psychology degree and a keen interest in HR. She is looking to develop her experience in the HR field. She has worked previously for the NHS and done volunteering roles in the healthcare setting working alongside healthcare professionals. As well as demonstrating our HR Management Systems, Eryn will be working with our clients on contracts, handbooks and will support the team of HR Consultants with notetaking and administrative support.
