A psychometric tool based on Jungian psychology which uses a four-colour model to highlight key personality preferences and associated behaviours. The tool is hugely popular within businesses and can be used for individual performance development or broader team development. After you have completed the questionnaire, you will receive a report in pdf format, approx 38 pages, called the Foundation Chapter, which consists of an overview of your style, key strengths and weaknesses, value to the team, communication, possible blind spots, dealing with your opposite colour, and suggestions for development. It also visually represents where respondents apply themselves to the four colour energies.
