What else does the workshop include?

Prior to the workshop, each team member will be asked to complete a psychometric questionnaire.
Their individual reports and a team report will be shared with them during the workshop.

Using team exercises and collaborative learning, delegates look at how they work together, what works and how teams work differently

Working together to agree how the team want to interact, as well as establishing rules of how the team work together

Building a great team

Identifying the current strengths and development needs in the team, exploring how the development needs can be met

focusing on the importance of effective and timely feedback, including how to develop effective feedback skills in a team

Exploring individual contribution to the team

Using psychometric tests, reviewing results individually and understanding how collectively the results impact on the team

Create an “image” of the team, including agreeing on how the members of the team work together and with others
